Recipe: Pilsbury Doughboy Funfetti Cupcakes (Healthy Option)
1 bag of Pillsbury Funfetti Cupcake Mix
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of applesauce or greek yogurt
6 egg whites
Mix on medium until smooth
Fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way full
Bake for 18-22 minutes
This is just a recipe that I have found to cut back on the large amount of calories typical cupcakes have. Another great thing about this recipe is the cupcakes are very moist due to the greek yogurt or applesauce! I know I preach such a healthy lifestyle, but it's ok to treat yourself every once in a while! These cupcakes are liked by so many family members and coworkers, they are usually gone within the first 10 minutes of bringing them out. Thought I would share my healthier way to making these delicious cupcakes!
Hope you enjoy this treat! :)RECIPE: Shakeology No Bake Cookies
